Pax8 appoints director of sales, UK and Ireland
StorMagic appoints global SVP of sales
StorMagic has appointed Scott Mann as global SVP of sales. Scott’s appointment reflects StorMagic’s priority on accelerating global revenue growth by scaling its channel-first go-to-market strategy and deepening customer adoption across key edge computing markets. Scott’s leadership strengthens StorMagic’s ability to execute at scale and capitalise on rising demand for simple, resilient on-site virtualisation at the edge. “Scott brings extensive global experience leading international sales and channel teams, with a strong track record of scaling partner ecosystems and driving growth; making him a tremendous addition to the StorMagic team," said Susan Odle, CEO, StorMagic. “StorMagic is excited to work closely with Scott to expand our reach in helping partners, help their customers, navigate VMware migration and hardware cost challenges with our simple, reliable and trusted virtualisation software.” Scott brings 15 years’ sales leadership experience in the IT tech space, with a focus on security, virtualisation, edge computing and hyperconverged infrastructure at companies like Scale Computing and WinMagic. “StorMagic solves practical problems for customers at the edge with solutions that partners genuinely believe in and enjoy taking to market,” said Scott. “Our team is already focused on impact, deepening partner relationships, expanding globally and making it even easier for customers to succeed.” n
Pax8 has appointed Chris Clarke as director of sales, UK and Ireland. In this role, he will lead regional sales strategy, deepen partner relationships and accelerate outcomes for managed service providers and managed intelligence providers through the Pax8 Marketplace. Chirs brings more than 15 years of experience across the IT channel with a record of growing partner-led sales and scaling services that drive measurable client value. Most recently he served as head of sales at Equity following the acquisition of his long-standing MSP, Create IT, where he expanded services across cloud, modern workplace and cybersecurity for hundreds of customers and led strategic transformation initiatives. His expertise in sales leadership, partner enablement and outcome-focused execution positions him to advance growth for partners throughout the UK and Ireland. “Chris brings proven leadership shaped by years in the MSP community and wider channel,” said Harald Nuij, EMEA CEO. “As he leads the UK and Ireland sales team, he will help partners get more from the Pax8 Marketplace and support their shift from MSP to managed intelligence provider with clearer guidance and practical enablement.” Chris added: “I am excited to work closely with MSPs to simplify how they build services, improve margins and deliver better outcomes for clients.
