mhance appoints Andy Cowdrill as CRO mhance has appointed Andy Cowdrill as chief revenue officer. The appointment marks an important inflection point for mhance following its acquisition by SilverTree Equity in 2025. Andy’s remit is to accelerate commercial growth across mhance’s core verticals and expanding into adjacent markets, both organically and through M&A. Central to this will be further strengthening mhance’s position as a Microsoft-first partner, with a focus on delivering AI-enabled, data-driven, and outcome-led solutions. He joins mhance with over 20 years’ experience in UK enterprise technology, including 15 years in the Microsoft ecosystem in senior sales leadership and digital transformation roles. His career spans Microsoft and leading partners including Ciber and Pythagoras. At mhance, he will lead the newly unified organisation comprising sales, pre-sales, marketing, alliances and sales development under a single leadership structure. “Joining mhance feels like a natural progression given the strength of its customer base and the clarity of its strategic direction,” said Andy. “The opportunity is significant – particularly as the Microsoft partner landscape continues to evolve and consolidate. “Our immediate focus will be on deepening relationships across our existing customer base while building a scalable go-to-market engine that supports long-term, sustainable growth.” n

Redsquid appoints Dave McGinn as chairman

Redsquid has appointed Dave McGinn as chairman, marking a significant step in the company’s journey to build a £250 million technology services group and establish itself as a leading provider in the UK market. Dave brings extensive experience in scaling high growth businesses, having played a key role in growing Daisy to over £1 billion in revenue. Over the past 24 months, Redsquid has delivered rapid expansion through a combination of strong organic performance and strategic acquisitions. Most recently, this included the acquisition of Partnership Education, the largest acquisition to date. Alongside this, Redsquid has continued to strengthen its leadership team and operating platform. Following the acquisition, Camilla Karm was appointed managing director to lead operational execution, integration and go to market alignment across the group. Together, the addition of Partnership Education and the strengthening of the executive and board structure reflect a focus on building the capability, governance and scale required to support Redsquid’s next phase of growth. “Dave’s experience in scaling businesses at pace, combined with his ability to challenge and support leadership teams, makes him a great fit for this next phase of our journey,” said Sohin Raithatha, CEO and co-founder of Redsquid.
