Westcon-Comstor appoints UKI sales leader
Westcon-Comstor has appointed Olya Scekaturova as vice president of regional sales for the UK and Ireland (UKI). Olya joins Westcon-Comstor from digital infrastructure provider Black Box where she served as vice president, UKI and Europe. She brings more than 15 years of experience in sales and technology services leadership, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth, leading large-scale transformation programmes and building high-performing teams.

Sharp Europe appoints new European president
Sharp Europe has appointed Paul Yokoyama as European president. Paul will be responsible for the growth and development of Sharp’s European business, focusing on its Document Solutions business, expanding its new unified IT Services business and fully integrating its broad Display portfolio. Paul replaces Joe Tomota, who will now take on a new role as global head of Sharp’s Smart Business Solutions. With extensive global experience spanning two decades at Sharp, Paul has worked in Europe and held senior leadership positions in Japan, where he oversaw business strategy and growth for the Middle East, Africa, Oceania and Asia. In his previous roles, Paul also focused primarily on streamlining business operations, business planning
