Widening the net Netgear has recently launched an updated version of its popular Insight cloud network
management platform, with significant new AI functionality, which can help MSPs to manage customers’ IT systems more effectively and efficiently.
Businesses are increasingly relying on AI applications, cloud services, connected devices and distributed workforces, which means that network infrastructure has become more critical and complex. But for many SMBs, this infrastructure is becoming increasingly problematic as they don’t have the specialist knowledge in-house to effectively manage it. Netgear appreciates this need and is focusing on the SMB market, marrying solutions that are simple to run, yet are enterprise grade that can support heavy workloads and sophisticated requirements but at a reasonable price. “That’s our philosophy,” notes Luca Marinelli, head of Europe at Netgear. To this end, Netgear has recently launched an updated version of its popular Insight network operating system, Insight 10, which enables managed service providers (MSPs) to deliver more effective network management platforms to customers.
