CYBERSENTRIQ

CONTINUED

NITC: What are MSPs currently demanding – what are the trends shaping the market? MB: MSPs are demanding solutions that help them reduce complexity, improve margins and deliver stronger protection to their customers. The key trends shaping the market are AI-driven automation, stronger cybersecurity, backup and recovery resilience, platform consolidation, and clearer reporting that proves value to their customers. MSPs do not just want more tools; they want integrated, scalable services that help them operate more efficiently and become more strategic partners to their customers.

brings together cybersecurity, backup, recovery, and operational resilience in a single integrated platform, giving partners a more efficient way to manage these critical services while delivering stronger protection for their customers. We already manage significant data volumes on behalf of our customers today, using AI models to identify and prevent threats in real time. As the threat landscape continues to grow more sophisticated, we're only increasing our investment in AI-based solutions to keep our customers and partners protected.

NITC: What does the future hold – will AI mean that cyber threats

become increasingly complex? How will CyberSentriq keep innovating to counter this? MB: AI will absolutely change the threat landscape, but I don’t think the real issue is simply that attacks will become more complex. The bigger challenge is that they will become faster, more scalable and more convincing. For SMBs, and the MSPs and channel partners who protect them, this creates a very real challenge: they need enterprise-grade protection without adding complexity. That is where CyberSentriq will continue to innovate. Our focus is on using AI defensively, responsibly and practically. Through our internal SentriqAI capabilities, we are building more intelligent detection, faster threat analysis, clearer verdicts and automated remediation into the products our partners already use. The goal is not to add AI for its own sake, but to help partners and customers understand what is happening, why it matters, and what action to take next. n

NITC: CyberSentriq works with many MSPs – what does the

company bring that others do not to help MSPs to provide the best protection for their end customers? MB: One of the clearest trends we're seeing is the desire to simplify operations. MSPs are managing more threats, more customer environments and higher service expectations than ever before. Rather than stitching together multiple point solutions, many are looking for integrated platforms that reduce complexity while strengthening resilience.
