pitfalls include selecting equipment that is unsuitable for the size or layout of the room, complicated controls, poor connectivity and a lack of user training.” Changing customer trends When putting together or upgrading meeting rooms, SMB customers tend to have specific needs they want addressing. “Simplicity and reliability are the two words we hear most,” says Chris. “Customers do not want more buttons, they want a room that works the first time, every time, without needing an IT person in the room.
