Kyle Hill promoted to CTO of ANS
Digital transformation company ANS has promoted Kyle Hill to chief technology officer, effective 1 October. The move will support the tech company in advancing its AI and digitalisation strategies. Kyle’s appointment comes shortly after ANS was named Microsoft’s UK Services Partner of the Year 2024. ANS is strategically aligned with Microsoft in its focus on helping companies get AI-ready, and Kyle will accelerate this ambition in his new role. Since joining ANS in June 2023 as technical services delivery director, Kyle has applied over a decade of experience in technology advisory services to drive significant advancements in the company’s operations. Kyle is a Microsoft most valuable professional (MVP) for Business Applications (one of six MVPs at ANS), as well as a Microsoft regional director. In this role, Kyle significantly enhanced his relationship with Microsoft and deepened his proficiency in its solutions. Alongside this, the diversity of technical knowledge he has acquired from more than 12 years in the tech industry across the UK and South Africa will be key in providing insightful technical value to customers. Kyle has already made his mark at ANS by heading up the development of tech talent within the company. He has also broken
down barriers between solution areas within the business to allow ANS to deliver more complex, multi-technology offerings, which will ultimately help customers unlock innovative AI solutions. “Kyle has already been invaluable to the team during his time at ANS, from delivering innovative solutions for our clients to playing a pivotal role in the development and progress of his team,” said Richard Thompson, CEO of ANS. “I’ve no doubt that he’ll embrace this new position to drive forward our mission of creating a tech movement that everyone wants to be a part of. ProVu makes senior appointment
