VOW has announced it is expanding and enhancing its value added services to help customers to weather the current economic climate and rising costs in many areas. On top of its existing service offering, VOW has announced a suite of supportive measures, which includes: l An Incremental Growth Rebate to facilitate improved commercial terms to help soften cost of goods increases. This scheme allows resellers to gain up to a 30% rebate on incremental purchases in the Traditional and Facilities categories l The re-introduction of timed AM dealer drops to provide greater all-round service flexibility and enable qualifying resellers the option to receive deliveries at a time that then allows for better planning of onward delivery on their own vans l Improved order tracking visibility through commencement of end-to-end scanning for all deliveries made via Truline. This development provides complete visibility of all orders within VOW’s Self-Serve Portal,

Zyxel launches Just Connect campaign

By placing Nebula at the heart of their managed services offering, MSPs can provide a great service and experience for customers, while reducing their own costs and growing their business.” The Zyxel MSP Evolve programme makes it as simple as possible for resellers to get their managed services business up and running. It provides partners with exclusive pre- and post- sales support and access to exclusive educational resources on the Nebula cloud.

Across the EMEA region, activation rates and the number of devices registered on Nebula have both grown by more than 100% year-on-year. The Just Connect campaign focuses on SMBs and mid-sized organisations and the partners that target these markets. Part of the campaign targets the education market – a strong area of adoption for Zyxel’s solutions. A schedule of email and social media communications, alongside a series of webinars is now being rolled out. Zyxel has also made sales and marketing resources available to partners and provide rapid onboarding for new partners though its distribution network.
