Welcome to News in the Channel While our first issue may come out during an economic storm, the sector is more than resilient enough to weather it.

new developments in videoconferencing and how digitisation is coming to the legal sector. Also, as the past few years have demonstrated, businesses in the channel are immensely resilient and, when faced with unprecedented economic situations, can adapt quickly and find new ways to sell to customers and bring in revenue. There is also a camaraderie in this industry that is seldom seen elsewhere, with businesses prepared to help each other out if they can – knowing that we are all in this together and a strong channel benefits everyone. I’m sure that it is these qualities that will come to the fore in the industry again over the coming months – or however long it takes for this economic storm to blow over. Here at News in the Channel , in future issues we will be looking to give readers the latest news and product releases along with insights into the industry from leading players and features containing practical advice that can be applied to your business – whether that is sales tips, new products to feature or ways to run more efficiently and more – to help you to not just survive but thrive, now and in the future. I hope you enjoy the issue.
