Kubus bolsters leadership team

New CEO for Communicate Technology

Kubus has made two appointments to its senior leadership team. Katie Hunt is now head of marketing, and Liv Duncan is head of HR. Katie joins Kubus with a mandate to collaborate across the organisation to maximise marketing strategy and outcomes. Her focus will be on delivering high-impact moments and value-driven interactions for people, partners and customers. Crucially, Katie will support the leadership team by bringing a fresh approach to sales enablement and acting as the ‘voice of the customer’ within the organisation. “By listening to the voice of the customer and fostering collaboration across our internal teams, we can build a brand experience that reflects the technical excellence and trust that Kubus is known for," said Katie. Liv, who has been with Kubus for more than six years, will lead the company’s recruitment drive and onboarding processes, with a focus on maximising employee potential. Her role will also involve close collaboration with Katie to develop a robust internal communication strategy, ensuring staff have the right tools and resources to succeed while continuing to nurture the company's strong culture. “I look forward to refining our recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure every team member can maximise their potential, and to working closely with Katie to ensure our internal communications keep our people connected, supported and empowered," said Liv. n

Communicate Technology has appointed Paul Bryce as group CEO, as the organisation reveals 102% year-on-year growth. Paul has more than 30 years’ prior experience among large MSPs, including being a founding member of Node4. “This is an exciting time to join the Communicate team, as it looks to continue its growth journey,” said Paul. “My focus will be on scaling with purpose by shaping strategy, strengthening culture and promoting an environment where our teams and customers can thrive. “I’m passionate about creating meaningful, long-term partnerships with businesses and look forward to working with the team to build on the strong foundations already in place as we enter this next phase of growth.” During his tenure in various leadership positions at Node4, Paul played a central role in growing the business from zero to 1,100 people and £190 million in revenue. Transitioning group CEO and founder of Communicate Tony Snaith will remain on the board as a non-executive director. “Paul joins us at a pivotal moment in our evolution, and his significant track record of successfully leading organisations through high-growth phases gives us complete confidence he will steer the business smoothly into our next chapter,” he said. n
