Black Friday and Cyber Monday have provided businesses with some significant spikes in business in recent years with customers seeking bargains and, in some cases, bringing forward purchasing decisions with the promise of saving some money on it. To meet this demand, distributors have to be vigilant to remain fully stocked on top products. During this period, it is not uncommon to see prices rising as competition in the channel increases, and also as a part of the pricing strategy to meet Black Friday

discounts. You can see for example how mid- tier laptops (Figure 1) are subtly increasing in price in the lead-up to November, or how high-end laptops (Figure 2) are all searching for that sweet spot to balance their prices at this month. One of our top-searched categories on Stock in the Channel is that of laptops, so using user searches and hot products as determined by implied sales value, we have curated a list of the the top products to nab this Black Friday.
