While resellers expect suppliers to offer great service, what makes the real difference is delivering on the promise, and then going further by innovating and exploring, says Mike Barron, UK managing director of SYNAXON.

When I talk to resellers about SYNAXON, they always want to know what we can do for them that other suppliers can’t. In response, I will say that we’ll look after you and provide good, honest, personal service. That’s quite simplistic and, of course, exactly what any partner would want – and expect – to hear from a prospective supplier.
