KnowBe4 appoints chief growth officer
KnowBe4 has appointed Andrew Kanzer as chief growth officer. Reporting directly to chief executive officer, Bryan Palma, Andrew will lead the organisation’s overarching global go-to-market strategy, commanding cross-functional alignment to accelerate sustainable market growth. Andrew brings over two decades of experience in optimising and scaling global software organisations. He has a proven track record of transforming traditional sales operations into highly agile, platform-selling engines and navigating complex market expansions. “Andrew has spent his career proving that global organisations can grow with the speed and disruption of a startup,” said Bryan. “His relentless drive and
operational vision will be key as we extend our market leadership position.” Most recently, Andrew served as managing director at cloud accounting platform Xero. Prior to that, he led Intuit’s mid-market and financial services sales organisations and held the vice president global SMB and mid-market sales position at PayPal. “The intersection of human behaviour, AI agents and cybersecurity is the most exciting frontier in tech today,” said Andrew. “KnowBe4 is already the market leader, and I look forward to leveraging data-driven sales architectures and innovative go-to-market strategies to help organisations globally secure their digital workforces.” n

Cohesity appoints VP, partner channel sales and GTM, Europe
Cohesity has appointed Seb Fitzjohn as vice president, partner channel sales and GTM, Europe. In his new role, Seb will lead Cohesity’s partner and channel go- to-market strategy across Europe, driving growth through the Cohesity Aspire Partner Programme. Reporting directly to Olivier Savornin, group vice president of sales, Europe, at Cohesity, Seb will be responsible for driving the delivery of best-in-class data resilience and data security solutions across all European markets, expanding new GTM partner programmes and partnerships to maximise alignment with customers’ most pressing cyber resilience challenges. Seb brings two decades of international sales, channel, and go-to-market leadership experience. Most recently, he spent seven years at ServiceNow, first as vice president of the EMEA partner organisation, and then as group vice president of sales for Europe North. His
move follows Cohesity and ServiceNow’s recently announced strategic partnership to deliver real-time recovery and resilience for enterprise AI agents, reflecting the close alignment between the two companies’ technology and go- to-market strategies. “As AI adoption accelerates, organisations need absolute confidence that they can protect, secure, recover and unlock greater value from their data,” said Seb. “Cohesity and our partners are uniquely positioned to help customers build true data resilience while also enabling AI-driven business insights.
