Kinly promotes Justin Paveley to project delivery director

Kinly has appointed Justin Paveley as project delivery director for UK and Ireland operations. With a 24-year career in the AV sector, Justin is also a British Army veteran. Having served in The Parachute Regiment, his combination of military experience and technical expertise positions him as an ideal leader to drive Kinly's project delivery initiatives. Justin joined Kinly in 1999 and quickly progressed through the ranks. Over the years, he played a pivotal role in the development and support of Kinly’s UK & Ireland operations team. In his new role, Justin will spearhead the delivery of Kinly's project portfolio, focusing on exceeding client expectations with pioneering AV solutions, reporting directly to Stuart Davidson, operations director for the UK & Ireland. By prioritising continuous improvement and process optimisation, Justin aims to align project delivery strategies with Kinly's commitment to quality and innovation, ensuring the company remains at the forefront

Syniti promotes Javeed Nizami to new role

Syniti has promoted Javeed Nizami, Ph.D. to chief technology officer and head of engineering. In this new role, he will be responsible for setting Syniti’s product strategy and roadmap, designing and implementing an overall technology vision that enables the company to continuously deliver efficient, scalable cloud-based solutions that enable real business benefits for its customers. Javeed joined Syniti in early 2023 to lead the company’s engineering organisation where he has been instrumental in transforming the Syniti Knowledge Platform

into a cloud-native application. Prior to Syniti, he spent more than 15 years at Siemens in various senior leadership roles where he honed his skills in global team leadership and enterprise product transformations, specifically developing and operating a cloud SaaS platform, and transforming applications to a cloud SaaS model.
