ANS appoints Kyle Hill as technical services delivery director

ANS has appointed Kyle Hill as its new technical services delivery director to lead on delivering value for customers through digitalisation. With more than 12 years of experience in technology advisory services in the UK and South Africa, Kyle is a Microsoft Regional Director (RD) and Business Applications Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP). He brings a wealth of technical knowledge and most recently worked as a senior director and business applications leader at Avanade to provide digital and cloud advisory services. As one of only 190 Microsoft RDs globally, Kyle works with Microsoft and businesses to gather real-world business insights and translate these into realised value. ANS prides itself on having six Microsoft MVPs, which bolsters its capabilities, best practice knowledge and deep market understanding. “Communicating the value of technology to customers is the most important aspect of my work as the biggest challenge that businesses face when it comes to digital transformation is aversion to risk,” said Kyle. “Through my work and close connection with Microsoft, I’m able to help organisations mitigate risk and get the

most from the Microsoft technology stack.” Kyle will work closely with ANS customers that want to accelerate their digital transformation. He will be responsible for strengthening the professional services function by providing leadership, structure and consistency to his team. He will be heavily involved with the progression of people at ANS, ensuring that tech talent development remains a priority. “With his market-leading experience working on the most complex tech transformation challenges in the field, Kyle will play a valuable role in helping to develop our people to achieve incredible results for our clients and our community,” said Richard Thompson, CEO of ANS. Workspace 365 appoints new chief product officer

“After almost a decade at Workspace 365, I’ve seen immense changes in the way businesses use and embrace IT solutions,” said Wesley. “We now live in a hybrid working world, so it’s more important than ever that our digital lives are as intuitive and productive as they can be. With overall responsibility for the Workspace 365 product offering, that’s my main aim.” In the next 12 months, Wesley will help to deliver an updated ecosystem for Workspace 365’s current and prospective end-users, with numerous product updates planned in the coming year, including advancements in AI and machine-learning. Workspace 365 has appointed Wesley de Graaf as chief product officer to drive forward growth in its all-in-one, simplified solution. The Netherlands-based business, which employs 60 people and has its UK offices in Manchester, provides companies with a digital workplace to simplify the ever-complex world of IT solutions. Wesley began his career at Workspace 365 in 2014 as a technical support intern and over the past decade has risen through the ranks in various product-focused roles into a senior position.Most recently, he served as head of product for the business, overseeing a team of 27 specialists who continuously develops Workspace 365’s platform based on user feedback and market trends. In his new role, Wesley will continue to spearhead the company’s product offering, assuming overall responsibility for the team he helped to build. The new role is de Graaf’s first C-suite position.
